Self cooling ice cream ageing tank, ice cream aging tank self cooling, made by food grade SS304/SS316, cooled by circulating of chilled water (customized self-cooling available), complete with a slow stirrer and a sloping/ taper bottom. The mix is then aged for at least four hours and usually overnight. This allows time for the fat to cool down and crystallize, and for the proteins and polysaccharides to fully hydrate with constant temperature of +4℃ keeping homogeneous the mass, contents of the tank. Available capacity from 100L, 200L, 300L, 1000L, 2000L to 5000L. Hermetically sealed for maximum hygiene and easy cleaning of CIP. Perfect polishing inside the tank hermetic seal cover.
